I couldn’t be happier with the service, the install and the after market support from Tanzanite. From start to finish I could not fault them. Shannon was very helpful when selecting our pool and Justin and the team were amazing at the install process. We took a while to decide on the options, but never felt any pressure to make a decision. Once we were ready we couldn’t believe how quickly it all came together.
They arrived on Monday and dug the hole, on Tuesday we had the shell in place and by Thursday the backfill and water were in, by Monday the equipment was installed and running (temporary fence in place).
We love our pool and spa (muse in mist) combo and are so pleased with the end result. We are just waiting on some more pavers to arrive to finish the paving.

Brilliant.
From our 1st meeting with Shannon we were sold. By far the most thorough and detailed design process of all the pool builders we met.
Justin, Ollie and their entire crew of tradespeople were legends. Easy to work with all the way through.
Normal, kind and thorough from start to swimming. Great regarding post build support too.

We had a very positive experience having our inground pool installed by Tanzanite Pools at our home in Surrey Hills.
The team always showed up on time, communication was great, and the pool was completed within the timeframe given.  Shannon was excellent with her detailed presales information, Justin was always available throughout, and they worked hand in hand with Ollie the landscaper.
We love our Escape pool in Pearl.

Justin, Shannon and the whole team at Tanzantie Pools were outstanding from start to finish. They helped us install The Retreat pool from Nexus Pools, and the entire experience was a pleasure.

We had no idea what we were looking for when we decided to install our pool. We had at least five different companies come out to provide quotes and advice, but Shannon and Justin from Tanzanite Pools were simply fantastic. They explained everything thoroughly, and the finished product speaks for itself. Our pool has been installed for six months now, and they are still happy to answer any silly questions I have. We live in Ringwood North and recently had a Unity pool and Haven raised spa installed by Tanzanite Pools. From the very beginning through to completion, the team provided exceptional service and were always happy to answer any questions we had along the way.

We recently had an inground pool installed by Tanzanite Pools at our home in Botanic Ridge and honestly couldn't be happier with how everything turned out.
The whole process was super easy from start to finish. The team always showed up when they said they would, communication was great, and the pool was completed within the timeframe we were given. We didn't have a single issue throughout the build.
A huge shoutout to Shannon, who was amazing from the very beginning. She was so helpful, friendly, and always quick to answer any questions we had. Justin, the owner, was also fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable, really easy to deal with, and always happy to help whenever we needed advice.
The pricing was very reasonable, the workmanship was excellent, and we're absolutely loving our Escape pool in White Pearl. If you're in Botanic Ridge or the surrounding areas and thinking about building a pool, we would 100% recommend Tanzanite Pools.
