We had no idea what we were looking for when we decided to install our pool. We had at least five different companies come out to provide quotes and advice, but Shannon and Justin from Tanzanite Pools were simply fantastic. They explained everything thoroughly, and the finished product speaks for itself. Our pool has been installed for six months now, and they are still happy to answer any silly questions I have. We live in Ringwood North and recently had a Unity pool and Haven raised spa installed by Tanzanite Pools. From the very beginning through to completion, the team provided exceptional service and were always happy to answer any questions we had along the way. The entire process was smooth, professional, and exceeded our expectations. We absolutely love our pool and spa and are so excited to enjoy them with our family for many years to come. We recently had an inground pool installed by Tanzanite Pools at our home in Botanic Ridge and honestly couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. The whole process was super easy from start to finish. The team always showed up when they said they would, communication was great, and the pool was completed within the timeframe we were given. We didn't have a single issue throughout the build. A huge shoutout to Shannon, who was amazing from the very beginning. She was so helpful, friendly, and always quick to answer any questions we had. Justin, the owner, was also fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable, really easy to deal with, and always happy to help whenever we needed advice. The pricing was very reasonable, the workmanship was excellent, and we're absolutely loving our Escape pool in White Pearl. When I think of Shannon and Justin - and the whole team at Tanzanite Pools - the words knowledgeable, easy to deal with, prompt and honest come to mind. We had an amazing experience with Tanzanite Pools from start to finish. Their pricing was very competitive, and the whole team was incredibly transparent throughout the entire process. No question was ever too much trouble — they always took the time to answer everything thoroughly and made us feel comfortable every step of the way. Justin, Shannon, and the rest of the team were not only professional, but genuinely warm, friendly, and personal. Building a pool is such a big part of creating the next chapter of family life, and they really made it feel like we were investing in an experience, not just purchasing a pool. They took the time to carefully plan everything around our family’s needs and lifestyle. The build process itself was straightforward and stress-free, and the end result has exceeded our expectations. Having always dreamed of owning our own pool, we were initially discouraged when several pool companies told us our backyard wasn’t suitable. We refused to give up, and then we found Tanzanite Pools. The wonderful Shannon visited us and assured us that our dream could finally become a reality.
